Kylie Jenner Talking About Her Difficult Postpartum Recovery Is Just What All New Moms Need To Hear!

We all feel so happy when there’s a baby in the family. I mean, who doesn’t love babies, right? But there are so many things about pregnancy and post-pregnancy time that no one talks about. Especially when it comes to the new mom in the family but celebs these days are talking about all things that matter, from working during pregnancy to postpartum recovery and stress. The recent one was model and enterpreneur Kylie Jenner. The businesswoman recently took to social media to open up about postpartum recovery sharing that she has been having a hard time this time around.

Taking to Instagram stories, the model shared that she’s 6 weeks into postpartum recovery and things have been a little harder this time following the birth of her son Wolf as compared to how it was last time with her firstborn daughter Stormi. Pointing out that it hasn’t been easy ‘mentally, physically and spiritually’, Kylie Jenner shared that she did not want to go back to her life without putting it out there because looking at other moms on the internet, it can often look easier and that puts pressure on a lot of people, adding that often women put extra pressure on themselves. The beauty mogul further pointed out that it has been so hard that she did not think that she could go for a workout session but she managed to do it. “It’s okay not to be okay, once I realized that I was putting pressure on myself. And I just keep reminding myself I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy boy,” said Kylie in her story. More power to you, girl.

We’re so glad to see that the model is sharing vulnerable moments from her postpartum recovery with people on the internet because it is important. With all the unrealistic standards that we come across online these days can often pressurise women to get fit mentally and physically soon after their pregnancy but that’s not always possible or practical.
