Alia Bhatt Introduces The World To Isha, Her Character In ‘Brahmāstra.’ Its Exciting And Dreamy
I think birthdays and film marketing go hand in hand, and I am telling you this stands true because we have another janmdin special-film teaser release. Marking actress Alia Bhatt’s 29th birthday, her close friend and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, has dropped the actress’ character teaser from the much-awaited film Brahmāstra. Yes, you read that right! Unveiling the world of Isha–Alia’s character in the film, the thirty-one second long clip, showcases the many shades of Isha in Brahmāstra.

Captioning the character teaser, Ayan wrote, “Happy Birthday, little one. For all the joy, the pride, the inspiration, and the magic that you make me feel. Here’s something to celebrate you on your special day.” He further added, “Our Isha–the Shakti of–in the first visuals we are releasing from our movie!”
The teaser opens with Alia’s whimsical look as Isha, blinking her eyes with magic surrounding her. Another few clips, give us a glimpse of Alia pulling off long hair and donning a red saree plus a white rose, which gave me a major Gangubai Kathiawadi vibe. The teaser reveals Alia in a never seen before avatar, and this has me very-very excited. Replete with ear-splitting music, and stunning visuals, the many versions of Isha look beautiful, intense and we surely are excited to watch her on the big screen. Alia too dropped the character teaser on her Instagram handle, and we can say this is indeed a special welcome into the universe of Brahmāstra, right Alia?

Sharing screen space for the first ever time, both Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt will headline the film, alongside actors Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia, and Mouni Roy.
