Hyperpigmentation is when certain parts of the skin become darker than the rest. It can be caused by sun, hormones, or inflammation. To prevent hyperpigmentation, wear sunscreen every day and avoid going out in the sun during peak hours.

Use skincare products that contain ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, and hydroquinone, which can help lighten dark spots and even out skin tone.

5. Dehydration
