And I’m sure that most of y’all must have your clothes and accessories ready for the week. But do you have your look planned for the week too? I mean, pairing up your new, in-vogue outfits with the same old makeup looks can be a bit boring. Why not spice it up with looks that are inspired by some of your favourite celebrities? Now, stop, you don’t have to go looking for inspiration cause I’m bringing the inspiration to you. I have a list of 5 makeup looks by celebrities that you can try on for this festive season.

I’m not much of a makeup person when it comes to using it daily. But when there is an occasion or a festival, you can bet that I like to go all out with makeup and try experimental looks that go well with my outfit and my personality. And whenever I’m out looking for ideas, I tend to stalk these 5 celebrities that (according to me) ace their makeup game.

This look by Sara has to be one of my favourites! Red’s always a festive favourite but taking that eyeshadow underneath your lower lash line, and pairing it up with dark nude lip colour and mascara to bring volume to those gorgeous lashes looks smoking! And don’t forget brushing those eyebrows properly!

This is a go-to makeup look for those who are looking to keep it simple but yet make a statement. If you’re one of them, then go ahead and accentuate your any basic eyeshadow look with some kohl and oodles of mascara. Also, pair it with a light shade of nude lipstick and a tinge of blush on the cheekbones to complete the look. Gorgeous!

3. Bhumi Pednekar

No one wings it the way Bhumi does! Keep your look simple with light eyeshadow but accentuate your eyes with a dramatic or even a graphic wing and light mascara on the lower lashes. To complete this simple yet stunning look, you can always take a break from the nude and move to the lighter brown shade lipstick. Browns are making quite the comeback!

4. Mouni Roy

Let your eyes do all the talking, is a rule that Mouni always follows! Make your eyes the showstopper using gold and black eyeshadow paired alongside thick mascara to give your lashes volume. Bring together the entire look with nude lipstick so that nothing steals the shows from your eyes.

This look is not for the faint-hearted but definitely for someone who wants to have fun! Since masks might hide those lips, how about you make those eyes really stand out? Add a pop of colour to your makeup by choosing a bold bright colour as your eyeshadow and also use the same colour as your kajal. Finish the look by decorating your lower lash with a different, subtle colour and applying a nice pink shade lipstick to go with it.

Makeup is a form of art that has evolved over the years and still continues to do so. And if makeup looks are ever-changing why should you stick to a particular few? Pick up that makeup brush and create your own look. And if you get lost on the way or need inspiration, well, you know where to find it now!
