Woman Shares ChatGPT Written Email To Airline After Flight Delay, Internet Is Divided!

Looks like the AI era is here, and people are making the most of it by taking the help of AI-assisted tools wherever and whenever possible. The ChatGPT AI bot has taken the world by storm ever since it was launched in November 2021, as it helps people with language-related requests. Meaning from writing letters to composing music, ChatGPT can do it all! Recently, a video of a woman whose flight was delayed by over six hours and who got ChatGPT to write a letter to the airline has gone viral on social media. The interesting part is that letter sounded 100 per cent humane and understood the instructions fed by the woman about what she wanted the letter to include.

The internet user whose name is Cherie Luo shared the video on her Instagram handle. In the reel video, she said that her flight was delayed by six hours and the airline failed to provide any update or information about it. She, then, made use of the ChatGPT tool to write a strong-worded letter to the airline regarding the inconvenience it caused her and her fellow passengers.

The result was surprisingly good. The AI tool dished out a letter real quick. It wrote about how frustrating it was to keep waiting at the airport without any update on the flight. The letter also mentioned that despite being a priority member, she was unable to access the lounge. It also mentioned how better service is expected from the airline of its stature.

There were mixed reactions from Cherie’s followers to this video. A couple of people said that human jobs are in danger and AI will take over the world. A lot of people were worried that people will stop using their brains altogether, which I am not sure they are doing now either! While many others loved this technological evolution.

Well, whether AI will take over the world and ‘eat’ jobs is something only time will be able to tell. If there’s a balance maintained between human efficiency and AI, then it wouldn’t be so bad after all!
