A couple of days ago, cricketer and the former captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli started the year 2023 with a hundred. He scored his 73rd century in international play during the one-day match between India and Sri Lanka. Recently, Kohli revealed getting frustrated because of his bad form and said it was not fair to his wife, actress Anushka Sharma and his close ones.
Cricketer Virat Kohli recently admitted that he was in denial about not being at his best in terms of his cricket and how it made him cranky. In an interview for BCCI TV, Kohli opened up about his bad form. He mentioned that denial and frustration were creeping in during that time and he was getting very snappy and cranky. He said that it was not fair on his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, his close ones, and all the people who support him. He said that after the realisation, he decided to take responsibility and started putting things in perspective.

Virat Kohli further added that he was far off from his cricket. He said that his attachments and desire had taken over. After that, he realised that he can’t be away from who he is and that he has to be true to himself. Kohli said that even though he is vulnerable and can’t play well, he has to accept the fact that he is the worst player around and he can’t be in denial.
For the unversed, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli got married in the year 2017. The couple celebrated their daughter Vamika’s second birthday yesterday.
