The case has now been taken over by the CBI, and Twisha’s husband, Samarth, is also in police custody. Some shocking information has surfaced during the ongoing investigation.

Mother-In-Law Demanded Money?

As per the FIR filed by CBI, Twisha Sharma’s mother-in-law, Garibala Singh, asked for Rs 2 Lakhs from the former’s family at the time of the wedding to her son, Samarth. According to a DNA report, Garibala Singh and Samarth also taunted Twisha Sharma, saying that her parents did not spend enough money on her. They also refused to give her money for personal expenses, and her parents were asked to do the same through online transfers.

Claims Made By Samarth
