There are some new revelations made by the former’s ex-wife and these are serious allegations against the actor. Aaliya has accused Nawazuddin of rape and has allegedly filed a complaint against him too. On February 24, Friday, Aaliya Siddiqui who is currently in a constant legal battle with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family made some fresh allegations against him. Taking to her social media account, Aaliya released a video where she is crying while narrating her ordeal. She firstly reveals that Nawazuddin Siddiqui has applied for their children’s custody and Aaliya then goes on accuse the actor of being an absent father who is just using his powers to gain control. She also showed faith in the judiciary to give him justice in this case. Aaliya also talked about her financial situation in the video and the immense losses she has been incurring.

But the most shocking part about this video was the caption that accompanied it. In the caption, Aaliya informed that she has filed a rape case against Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Mumbai’s Versova police station, with the necessary proof. She also accused Nawazuddin and his mother of constant torture.
