MP Home Minister Has An Objection To Deepika Padukone’s Saffron Bikini In ‘Besharam Rang’ From ‘Pathaan’

If you know anything about the Indian entertainment industry, then you should know that Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, and John Abraham’s film Pathaan is creating a lot of buzz these days. But looks like the highly-anticipated film has landed in some serious trouble. The Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Narottam Mishra took objection to Deepika Padukone’s saffron bikini in the song ‘Besharam Rang’ song from the film and demanded corrections.

Narottam Mishra, the Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh took objection to the song ‘Besharam Rang’ featuring Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan. The minister is upset over the use of saffron costumes and objectionable scenes in the song. According to the reports, Mishra mentioned that the bikini worn by actress Deepika Padukone in the song is highly objectionable and said that it is clearly visible that it was filmed out of a contaminated mentality.
He said that if certain scenes from the song are not corrected, the state government might ban the screening of the film.

Furthermore, Narottam Mishra alleged that Deepika Padukone has been a supporter of the ‘tukde tukde gang’ as seen in the JNU case. For the unversed, the Gehraiyaan actress had visited the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) to express solidarity with students who were attacked by a mob in the year 2020.
Meanwhile, Swami Chakrapani Maharaj also called for a ban on Pathaan. In a tweet, he mentioned that there has been an insult to the colour saffron and Hindu Sanskrit in Shah Rukh Khan’s film.
