Where is the world heading? There are so many extremely disturbing cases happening around us that sometimes even force us to think that maybe humanity is dead. One of those cases is the Lohagad Fort Murder Case in Pune, where a 26-year-old Ketan Agarwal lost his life. What looked like a tragedy was allegedly a pre-planned crime by the victim’s fiancé and lover. As of now, police have arrested Siya Goyal and her alleged lover, Chetan Chaudhary, in the matter, and some more shocking details have emerged. Read on.

Phone Calls Between Siya And Chetan

According to the latest details from the investigation, the police have recovered over 2,000 calls exchanged between Siya and Chetan over the last six months. They reportedly spent 238 hours talking to each other and planning the crime. As per the Times of India report, the police said that the plan was developed over the last few months, and during the calls exchanged between them.

Meeting A Day Before

As per the news reports, Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary also met at a cafe a day before the crime, which happened on June 18. According to the police, they discussed the place where the crime would take place and other details related to it.

Siya, Chetan’s First Meeting

Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary allegedly met at a Diwali party last year, as per an ANI report. Police claim they allegedly grew closer as Siya was not keen on getting married to Ketan Agarwal. As per the police, Siya told them during the interrogation that she had asked Ketan not to proceed with the marriage.

As per the investigation so far, the police have also said that the alleged culprits attempted twice to eliminate Ketan Agarwal, but failed at the first attempt, which was made at the Lohagad Fort itself. The police also reportedly traced Chetan Chaudhary’s presence through CCTV footage at the Lohagad Fort.
