Lohagad Fort Murder Case: Did Pune Woman Meet Lover At Cafe To Plot Fiancé’s Cold-Blooded Murder?

The entire world feels like a disturbing place these days, with shocking stories appearing in the news almost every day. One recent case from India has left many people’s eyebrows raised and jaws dropped. A young man from Pune named Ketan Agarwal lost his life while trekking at Lohagad Fort. Police later arrested his fiancée, Siya Goyal, and her partner, Chetan Chaudhary, for their role in the death. What makes the story even more shocking is how the events unfolded before the tragic moment.

According to reports, just hours before the incident, Siya met Chetan at a cafe in Pune to plan the killing. They carefully decided to stage it as an accident during the trek. Ketan had no idea about their secret relationship. The couple had only gotten engaged in February and were planning a grand wedding in Jaipur in November. For weeks, Siya had been repeatedly persuading him to visit Lohagad Fort.

On the morning of June 18, Siya and Chetan finalised their plan at the cafe. They picked spots on the fort where they could push Ketan without raising doubts. Later that afternoon, Siya brought Ketan for the trek. Chetan followed them quietly. He used hand signs to stay in touch with Siya during the climb. S

At one point on their path, Siya and Chetan allegedly pushed Ketan from behind into a deep, narrow valley. He fell to his death. Siya then told Ketan’s family that he had slipped during the hike. However, her behaviour after the event raised suspicion.

Following which, police started checking the details. Through careful questioning and review of camera recordings, officers uncovered the full story. Both Siya, aged 20, and Chetan, aged 22, were taken into custody soon after. The case has shocked people across the country.
