Rakhi Sawant has been at the centre of attention lately due to her marital issues with her husband, Adil Khan Durrani. Recently, the actress revealed that her husband had sold her nude pictures to some people. In addition, she accused Adil of taking Rs.1.5 crore from her and buying luxurious cars for himself. Rakhi also filed an FIR against Adil, after which he was arrested by the Oshiwara Police. And it looks like trouble has come knocking at Adil Durrani’s door once again as another FIR has been filed against him but this time, it wasn’t Rakhi. Adil has been accused of raping an Iranian woman.

In a shocking turn of events, an Iranian woman has accused Rakhi Sawant’s husband Adil Durrani of rape. The woman happens to be a student and has filed an FIR against him at the VV Puram Police Station in Mysore. As per media reports, the FIR paints a disturbing picture of the events that allegedly took place.
According to the complaint, the woman and Adil lived together in Mysore. The woman alleged that Adil Durrani took advantage of her and rape her under the pretext of marriage. Nearly five months before filing the complaint, the woman had urged the accused to marry her but Adil reportedly refused to marry her and even went on to admit that he is involved in a similar relationship with several other women.

The situation became more traumatic for the victim after Adil allegedly threatened her and stopped her from going to the police. In her complaint, the Iranian woman accused Adil Durrani of using her private pictures to silence her and intimidate her.
On Sunday, Rakhi Sawant took to her Instagram account to share the news with her followers and expressed shock and disbelief at the allegations made against her husband.

Earlier, Rakhi Sawant had accused Adil Durrani of domestic violence and has even presented all the bruises on her face, hands, and neck as evidence before the media. In addition to the physical abuse, Rakhi has also alleged that Adil is involved in an extra-marital affair. She revealed that the girl in his life was the reason behind keeping their marriage a secret, and she had had enough. Rakhi claimed that Adil’s affair had destroyed their marriage and he was threatening to leave her.

The former Bigg Boss contestant said that the betrayal was too big to forgive, and that it had taken a toll on her mental and emotional stability. Rakhi Sawant shared that she was hurt and broken by her husband’s actions. She further added that the fact that Adil Durrani has refused to take responsibility for his actions has left her with no choic but to take a stand for herself.
Currently, Adil Durrani is in judicial custody after his arrest following the complaint filed by Rakhi Sawant.
