On December 5, every Indian was left in shock by the sudden demise of actor Dinesh Phadnis aka Freddy in CID. The adorable character of the actor on one of the longest-running TV shows is still etched in the minds of the viewers. The news of his death made headlines on Tuesday, December 5 and it was confirmed by his CID co-star Dayanand Shetty. The reason behind his death is said to be multiple organ failure and he took his last breath in Mumbai’s Tunga hospital. Many people took to their Twitter accounts to share their reactions to the sad news. They collectively mourned Dinesh Phadnis AKA Freddy’s death and thanked him for leaving them with sweet memories of his presence in CID.
