Swati Maliwal Alleges Physical Assault By Arvind Kejriwal’s Close Aide Bibhav Kumar
Delhi Commission For Women chief Swati Maliwal recorded her statement in the court. She alleged Bibhav Kumar of physical assault. In her statement, Maliwal alleged that Arvind Kejriwal’s close aide Bibhav Kumar kicked her in sensitive body parts, as per the news. She also stated that he punched her and hit her with a stick in the stomach. As per some news reports, Swati Maliwal also suffered face injuries and this was revealed in the medical reports. During a press conference, the allegations by Swati Maliwal were confirmed by the AAP MP Sanjay Singh and he also assured strict action by the CM Arvind Kejriwal. Maliwal’s statement has also been recorded in the court before a judge.

Delhi Police Recorded Her Statement
The Delhi Police has recorded Swati Maliwal’s statement in the case. As per reports, 10 police teams have been formed to nab Bibhav Kumar who is currently missing. He was not found at his residence. The police will also investigate the CCTV recordings and will question every person who met Swati Maliwal when the incident occurred.
