Curly Tales Raises Flags Unethical Business Practices, Breach of Contract By SSL Realty LLP

A breach of contract, and then no response. This is the professional standard maintained by SSL Realty LLP and its partners/owners. The experience of collaborating with them turned into a nightmare for Curly Tales, a Fork Media Group Company. The Contract was finalised in January, 2025, and the two mutually agreed upon an amount in return for agreed-upon deliverables from Curly Tales India in the form of videos, articles, and other forms of media content. SSL Realty completed only a small part of the deal before choosing to follow an unlawful and unethical course of action, and its partners/owners have now suddenly become unresponsive. Here’s what was promised, and what they delivered! 

Kripa Shanker Singh, Arshpreet Kaur and Shashank Gulati are designated partners/owners of SSL Realty LLP, and they engaged in a mutually agreed-upon deal with Curly Tales India for a certain amount. A part of it was to be paid in cash, and the rest of it was supposed to be settled by way of a barter arrangement. 

Curly Tales India was promised two land parcels as part of the barter arrangement at two projects, namely Greek Villa and Golf De Ocean. Additionally, a well-constructed villa at the Greek Villa Project was to be delivered within 10 months of the Contract.

As per the deal, Curly Tales was bound to deliver some long-form content featuring Kamiya Jani, CT Reels with anchors, articles and Ads on the website. Curly Tales complied with their part, completed a shoot/filming and provided the first draft of the agreed deliverables and even incorporated the edits requested by SSL Realty. The content was curated, but before anything could go live, SSL Realty LLP suddenly stopped responding after failing to deliver its promised obligations under the deal.

 SSL Realty owes Curly Tales a huge outstanding amount in cash. It has also failed to transfer documents and title deeds relating to the two properties that were promised as part of the barter arrangement. They have also failed to deliver a fully constructed villa at the Greek Villa Project within 10 months of the Contract. Despite several attempts to contact the owners of SSL Realty, no response has been received to date.

Curly Tales India has also sent SSL Realty a legal notice demanding that it comply with its contractual obligations. However, SSL Realty has not only stopped responding but has also failed to acknowledge or respond to the legal notice within the stipulated time. How very professional.

So basically, SSL Realty LLP and its owners have not abided by any of the promises made in the contract. A contract is not limited to some sheet of paper; there is trust involved, but clearly the concept of trust is lost to some, and SSL Realty LLP stands first on this list. SSL Realty has time and again proved itself to be unreliable. And here’s something we would like to remind them. Creating content is not a piece of cake. If a brand like Curly Tales put in their effort and time to deliver what they promised and complied with the Contract without any failure, should the other party not also be equally responsible for delivering on their part? In a world of AI where content can be created with a few prompts, Curly Tales is among those elite organisations that are known for their authenticity, and it deserves respect. Clearly, SSL Realty LLP doesn’t have a nose for quality, and hence, they shouldn’t even bother making contracts because they are clearly not doing a good job at it!”
