Marakkuma Nenjam Concert Mishap: Khushbu Sunda Defends AR Rahman, “He Always Made Sure Fans Never…”
She asks people to not blame him.
Attending music maestro AR Rahman’s concert is a dream of many. But the recently scheduled concert of the singer and songwriter is in the news for all the wrong reasons. His recent Marakkuma Nenjam concert was held in Chennai and fans who attended it were left frustrated and did not enjoy the concert at all. People have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment at the poor management of the concert. People have also slammed AR Rahman for not looking into the chaos at his concert. But Khushbu Sundar has come to his defence and said that people should not blame him.

Khushbu Sundar supports AR Rahman
Khushbu Sundar took to Twitter to ask people to blame the concert management and not AR Rahman for the chaos at the Marakkuma Nenjam concert. She wrote that her daughters were also not allowed entry inside the venue despite having diamond passes and that it took them around three hours to just reach the venue.

Khushbu Sundar also wrote that none of this was AR Rahman’s fault and that the management should be held responsible as they did not ‘fathom the gravity’ of the overflowing crowd. She also urged people to stand by him as he has always advocated for ‘love and peace through his music’.

What happened at AR Rahman’s Marakkuma Nenjam concert?
There were reports of overcrowding at AR Rahman’s Chennai concert. Many also claimed that some of the concert-goers were fainting due to the crowd and many also suffered panic attacks. In a recent interview with The Hindu, AR Rahman has taken full responsibility for the mishap at the concert. He said that he is ‘terribly disturbed’ because of the incident and that his team is collecting data and will be surprising the fans soon.
