If I ever get married, I trust my friends to do as much as they can to make sure that my day is a memorable one, negatively or positively. Like they are good-intentioned but let’s be fair, your friends are there to have a bit of fun at your expense at your wedding. And you are meant to do the same. So I wasn’t surprised but very amused when I saw this tweet talking about a Tamil Nadu couple where the groom gifted them petrol and diesel as gifts for their wedding.

A couple in Tamil Nadu was given petrol and diesel as gifts for their wedding. While they were surprised, they took it with smiles and laughter as a joke. To be fair, considering how expensive petrol and diesel have become, getting someone’s fuel is actually showing that you care. Can you imagine the amount of money you will save?! These friends have gotten it right. If I had a vehicle, I would like to be gifted fuel with the rising prices. Currently, the rate of petrol has increased by 10 rupees as compared to March 21.
