Curlies Owner Detained By Goa Police After Sonali Phogat Last Partied At The Beach Shack
Currently, the death of the BJP leader and actress Sonali Phogat has the nation’s undivided attention. Each new detail which is being revealed about the case is coming as a shocker. The 41-year-old politician was in Goa where she suffered a massive heart attack and was rushed to St Anthony Hospital in North Goa and declared dead on August 23. Now, her death is being treated as a murder case by Goa police.
In what comes as a recent development in the case, the owner of the Curlies beach shack has been detained by the Goa police in connection with the Sonali Phogat case, as per reports. It is also been revealed that the late politician-actress was seen partying at this shack before her death. Not just him, the police have also arrested a drug peddler called Dattaprasad Gaonkarm who had allegedly supplied drugs to Sonali’s assistant Sudhir and his friend Sukhwinder. He was arrested after Sudhir and Sukhwinder confessed that they bought drugs from him.

The latest reports said that her close aide and personal assistant Sudhir Sangwan and his friend Wasi were being arrested by the Goa police. CCTV footage showed Sonali Phogat limping and being supported by Sudhir while being carried away. The video footage also shows one of them spiking her drink and making her forcibly consume it as well. Sudhir and Sukhwinder have confessed that they spike her drink and then took her to her hotel room. After which she began feeling uneasy and they rushed her to the hospital.

The Curlies shack has come under the scanner yet again. In 2008, the shack had made it to the headlines in the Scarlett Keeling case. The British teenager was brought to this shack after she was drugged, raped and left to die on the beach.
