Trolls do not even spare such a huge victory. They have to make unnecessary speculations and give a negative angle to everything. In a piece of recent news which is a very proud moment for our country, PV Sindhu secured her third title of the year 2022. She defeated China’s Wang Zhi Yi to win the women’s singles of the Singapore Open 2022, on Sunday. She had previously earned herself victory in the Syed Modi International and Swiss Open. However, there are some faceless people on the internet, popularly known as the trolls who seem to openly judge PV Sindhu’s win and belittle it. Nevertheless, her coach Park Tae-Sang has her back and he has come out to bash all such trolls.
PV Sindhu has made us all proud by winning Singapore Open after defeating the Asian Championship Gold Medallist Wang Zhi Yi in a very neck and neck match. However, this win of PV Sindhu was given a demeaning angle by the trolls who said that she could only win the title because there were no top rankers who participated in the matches. PV Sindhu’s coach Park Tae-Sang has taken to his social media post to answer back to such trolls and he has given a befitting reply.
Park -Tae Sang shared a picture of him and PV Sindhu holding the trophy and gave a long caption to the post. He wrote that many people are saying that the win was too easy since many “top rankers didn’t participate”. Further accepting this fact, he wrote that this does not make PV Sindhu’s win any less. He clearly stated that the point is not who participated and who did not. Praising PV Sindhu, he wrote that she worked really hard and put her passion into the training. He then questioned how can someone “despise” this win and made it all clear to all such trolls, that PV Sindhu is the 2022 champion of the Singapore Open.
