Following the questioning, CBI arrested Chitra Ramkrishna for sharing confidential information with a Himalayan yogi and getting Anand Subramanian appointed for violating rules. An official working the case said, “Ramkrishna has been arrested following questioning and will be produced in a competent court on Monday.”
In fact, the reports suggest that even SEBI has fined Chitra Ramkrishna with Rs. 3 crore. Their decision came after their investigation showed that the decisions she as CEO from the year 2013 to 2016, were made under the influence of a Himalayan yogi. The recent Ernst and Young audit indicate that the Himalayan yogi, who used the former NSE MD as a puppet, was none other than Anand Subramanian.
