I mean, imagine a 70+ old person doing adventure sports? Seems unlikely? Well, not really. The blockage is there in your mind, but if you set your mind to it, no matter the age, you can have a fun time doing adventure sports. Take for instance this 72-year-old woman from Kerala whose video of ziplining in a park in Palakkad went viral on social media. I mean, just look at her having fun and being carefree in the video!

The video of the old woman from Kerala ziplining in the park was shared by the Instagram page ‘yathra_premikal’ where the woman was identified as Paru Amma. In the caption, the page wrote (translated), “This is Paru Amma, 72 years old. When she came to the park, she had a desire to zip line, she didn’t look for anything else. I just made it happen. I want to fulfil the small wishes of many people like this…”

In the video, you can see the woman from Kerala having fun while ziplining. In fact, as per Times Now News, after the ride ends, she is seen saying, “I was not afraid at all… I like it. It was fun.” Needless to say, the video went viral and has gotten over 49,000 likes.
I have always believed that there is no age to do anything – you can do whatever you want and whenever you want to, you should just be dedicated and passionate about it. And watching this video of the woman further proves my point.
