Karishma Kapoor To Play A Mom Of Three In Ekta Kapoor’s Mentalhood, And The Poster Is Totes Relatable!

The digital era has opened new doors for many actors, directors and filmmakers, and the latest celebrity to hop onboard is Karishma Kapoor. The Bollywood actress is all set to make her debut on the OTT platform with her upcoming show Mentalhood. The actress, who is returning to acting after an awfully long break, is locked for the role of Meira Sharma, a mother of three on the topsy-turvy ride of motherhood.

Mentalhood will air on ALTBalaji, and Ekta Kapoor has admitted that Karishma Kapoor was the first choice for the role.

Karishma Kapoor, who was last seen in Dangerous Ishhq (2012), said this about her character: “She is a mom, who has a blog where she shares her emotions. Even though she is old fashioned, she is today’s woman.”
