Mohammed Azharuddin Criticises Indian Women’s Cricket Team For Losing CWG Final, Twitter Says “They Played With Honour”

We don’t know about others but we are keeping an eye on Commonwealth Games 2022 and we are proud of the fact that Indian athletes are giving their hundred per cent and winning medals. And you will be glad to hear that women athletes are also proving that kum kisi se kum nahi. Well, speaking of medals and women athletes, our Indian Women’s Cricket  Team made history by bagging the silver medal in the women’s cricket finals. Women in blue are here to win, okay!

On Sunday, the Indian women’s cricket team claimed its maiden silver medal at the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham. They lost to Australia by 9 runs in the first Commonwealth women’s cricket final, they got bowled out for 152 in chase of 162 for the gold medal but still, it was an iconic win for India. After that, many fans hailed the team for their exceptional performance in their debut CWG appearance. However, the former Indian skipper Mohammed Azharuddin is not happy with the silver medal.

After his harsh tweet, many people came out to support the Indian cricket team and called out the former Indian cricketer on the social media platform for not supporting women’s cricket.
