Dr Mickey Mehta said, “Ideally, one should do 30 Surya Namaskar for 30 minutes every day after a warm-up session. After that Pavanmuktasana, Bhujangasana, Ustrasana, Halasana, Sarvangasana, And if one can, they should also practise Dhanurasana and Chakrasana as well.”
