Esha Gupta who starred in films including, Raaz 3, Total Dhamaal, Commando 2, Jannat 2, Rustom and more is currently making headlines for being trolled on posting a Republic Day wish on Independence Day. Esha’s posted a picture and captioned it, “Gantantra ke hardik shubkamnaye‘ (greetings on the occasion of Republic Day).” After this the actress immediately deleted the post and in her defense her account was hacked by someone. One Internet user tweeted, “Did you mean, Happy Ganesh Chaturthi?” Another wrote, “Chhath puja ki hardik shubhkamnaye.” Esha Gupta later cleared up the mess and said her account was hacked. She wrote, “Account hacked please don’t open or respond to any DM through this account. Thanks.”

Later, Esha Gupta deleted her post and wished fans a Happy Independence Day and wrote, “(thanks for telling an airforce daughter that she knows otherwise) y’all troller are too much”. Esha Gupta’s account was genuinely hacked as her Twitter timeline had a string of absurd tweets down the same lines.
