Did You Know About The Skin & Health Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar?

All of us are well aware of the various health and beauty benefits of ingredients like turmeric, coconut oil, curd, and so on. But vinegar hardly ever makes it to the list and once you’re done reading this article, you will seriously wonder why.

Apple Cider Vinegar has umpteen benefits, so many that you won’t be able to count. From cleansing your scalp, strengthening your hair, and curing split ends to increasing your immunity, curing tummy pain, and sore throat, along with being fantastic for the skin, it literally does it all.

Basically, it moderates your pH levels, which, in turn, helps in preventing damage to the skin and just what we need — fading those pimples overnight!

It’s a blessing in disguise and to think you only used it in food till now! But it’s never too late, right?

Now, you obviously just can’t eat the vinegar in its original form, unless you want a burning sensation and a tangy effect in your throat. So turn it into a drink that is too tasty to resist.

Plus, it also helps in shedding those extra kilos. Seriously, is there anything this magical ingredient can’t do?

All you need to make this fabulous summer drink and knock the heat off is sliced fruits and vinegar. Mash the fruits together, just slightly, and pour in the vinegar.

Keep the jar in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Keep shaking the mixture every now and then so that the vinegar incorporates the fruity essence. Strain it out and store for months to come.

Whenever you want to have a drink, just add some water and chug it down!
