Mother’s Day 2019: These Photos Of Celebrity Moms With Their Kiddos Is Absolute Love!
So this is my first ever Mother’s Day, and oddly enough I’m looking forward to it. Odd because I’m pretty darn positive that my 5-month-old has not a clue in the world about what day it is, but she’ll plant a slobbery kiss on my cheek anyway. And that right there is the joy of motherhood.
Never thought I’d be one to say this, but despite umpteen sleepless nights, countless poopy diapers, helpless wails, vaccinations and coping with my own post-partum body, seeing my baby girl after a long day at work can still make my heart skip a beat. It’s ‘almost’ a universal mommy emotion, one I could never quite get before I became a mom. (I say almost because it’s okay to not be thrilled to see your baby just after a long day of work.)
But I do think you’ll relate when I say that the tough stuff does seem a lot more worthwhile when you stop to savour the simple, not-so-dramatic moments of motherhood… like when your little munchkin falls off to sleep on your chest on a Sunday afternoon, or when you throw him up in the air and watch him shriek with excitement, or when you twin with your rugrat for that Insta selfie, or when you watch her play in the sand on her first vacay…
Take a look at these celebrity moms enjoying exactly those moments with their little ones; they will make your heart positively melt.

Sameera’s Insta post is the most perfect Mother’s Day message we’ve seen on the internet:
“Mother’s Day should be about celebrating all women who are trying to conceive , women who adopt, women who are stay at home moms and career moms because we all have one thing in common. We all try to be the best mothers we can. Easy to judge what’s the right or correct way but it’s so individualistic. I also respect women who choose not to have children at all.”

You know the best arm workout for a mom is carrying her baby. Or so I’d like to believe.

In Twinkle’s words, “This is the only reason why mothers take on the arduous task of spending months and months looking like an elephant and feeling like a cow.”
