So it’s that time of the year when we bid farewell to the dreadful summer, and welcome the monsoon with open arms. It’s also that time when you pack away your flip flops, and bring out your rainy boots! After yesterday’s downpour, monsoon lovers everywhere are rejoicing and Bollywood celebrities seem to be part of that club. Actors like Katrina Kaif, Ayushmann Khurrana, Hina Khan, Shoojit Sircar and Raveena Tandon welcomed the Mumbai monsoons by showing their excitement on social media.
Some celebrities turned poets while some simply took a video and shared it on their Instagram stories. Here’s how celebrities welcomed rains with open hearts and beautiful words! Ayushmann Khurrana who is at the peak of his career, got nostalgic and expressed his emotions through a beautiful poem on Mumbai monsoon. Kartik Aryan is in the midst of shooting his next film, directed by Imtiaz Ali but due to the downpour the shoot is stalled. While the team waited for a long time to resume the shooting, Kartik shared a story on Instagram and wrote, “After waiting for 3 hrs… Baarish ne kiya pack up.”
