These Bollywood Stars Welcoming The Monsoon Are Literally All Of Us!

So it’s that time of the year when we bid farewell to the dreadful summer, and welcome the monsoon with open arms. It’s also that time when you pack away your flip flops, and bring out your rainy boots! After yesterday’s downpour, monsoon lovers everywhere are rejoicing and Bollywood celebrities seem to be part of that club. Actors like Katrina Kaif,  Ayushmann Khurrana, Hina Khan, Shoojit Sircar and Raveena Tandon welcomed the Mumbai monsoons by showing their excitement on social media.

Some celebrities turned poets while some simply took a video and shared it on their Instagram stories. Here’s how celebrities welcomed rains with open hearts and beautiful words! Ayushmann Khurrana who is at the peak of his career, got nostalgic and expressed his emotions through a beautiful poem on Mumbai monsoon. Ayushmann tweeted,”पिछले दस सालों में पहली बार मुंबई की पहली बारिश ना देख पाने का मलाल हुआ है. क्या अभी भी है उतना ही प्यार मुझे उस बौछार से यह सवाल हुआ है.”

Kartik Aryan is in the midst of shooting his next film, directed by Imtiaz Ali but due to the downpour the shoot is stalled. While the team waited for a long time to resume the shooting, Kartik shared a story on Instagram and wrote, “After waiting for 3 hrs… Baarish ne kiya pack up.”

Katrina Kaif, who is making headlines for her stellar performance in her recently released film Bharat, posted a beautiful video on Instagram and captioned it as, “I love u rain”

Actress Raveena Tandon welcomed the monsoon with a throwback video of her iconic song, Tip Tip Barsa Pani . She took to social media and shared a hilarious video featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Boman Irani and Arshad Warsi cheering for Ranveer Singh.

Television actress Hina Khan who nailed her red carpet appearance at the Cannes Film Festival was also seen in a jolly mood. Hina enjoyed her evening with vodka and the soothing sound of raindrops. She shared a couple of stories on her Instagram, proving this was definitely the break she needed!

The National Award-winning filmmaker, Shoojit Sircar recorded the moment and shared a video on Twitter for his fans. His tweet read as, “Aah monsoon hits Mumbai:)))”
