Becky Lynch Talks About Positive Experience With WWE Post Pregnancy. Corporates Should Take Notes!

Let’s be fair, working mothers do not get nearly as much support as they need or deserve. The way our society is built, working mothers are expected to handle their family and career with zero help from anyone. And due to no real help from their partners or the industries/companies they work for, women have to give up on their careers and put all their attention on their family life. Luckily, Becky Lynch has not had such an experience and said that she feels very supported after her childbirth. This is what we all need!

Becky Lynch is also known as “The Man” is coming out in support of the wrestling organisation amid all the drama surrounding Vince McMahon’s alleged misbehaviour probe and eventual retirement as CEO, Chairman, and Creative Head from WWE! For those who are unaware, the 35-year-old wrestler announced her pregnancy in May 2020 while on a break from WWE. On December 4, she and her husband Seth Rollins had their first child, a daughter named Roux.

The Man made her historic comeback at SummerSlam the year before, setting up a blockbuster encounter against Bianca Belair at Wrestlemania 38. Even though she is a heel, Becky Lynch is currently one of the top performers in the WWE, and she doesn’t appear to be slowing down at all as she prepares to face Bianca once more for the Raw Women’s Championship at Summerslam 2022. Lynch was asked how sports organisations and businesses should support working mothers during an interview on ESPN’s Courtside Club with Rachel DeMita, via ComicBook.

Becky Lynch praised her great experience with WWE, saying she feels really supported in WWE and that there was no pressure on her to return before she was ready. She also added that she was prepared for a lot longer than they requested that she returns. She also stated that they are really understanding if she requires extra items such as a room at a certain building for her baby. Lynch claimed that because of the rumbling in the bus, her baby sleeps peacefully and her quality of sleep has improved.

Lynch admitted, when speaking about her own experience, she said that being in a position where she can balance both, her career and her family life, so easily makes her feel incredibly supported and fortunate. She said that her baby is great She’s but taking a toddler on the road every week is challenging.
