At His Wedding, This Groom Snatched A Rasgulla From A Girl’s Hand And Gobbled It Up

Amid this pandemic, it’s safe to say that everyone is starved for entertainment. Although, I believe I am one of the few lucky ones because my job provides me with a steady flow of interesting content. I especially enjoy all the amusing and bizarre things that happen at weddings all over our country. Most recently, at a wedding, the groom practically snatched a mithai from a girl’s hand and gobbled it up. It’s hilarious!

This groom, while sitting on the wedding stage, snatched a rasgulla from a relative of the bride. He gobbled the sweet as is he had never seen anything like it before. This happened while the bride’s sister and a few other women from her family were welcoming the groom and his family with garlands and well, sweets.

As the girl offered the groom the rasgulla, she started giggling and looking nervous. That’s when he snatched it and ate it in a hurry. This caused all the girl’s on stage to chuckle. After realising what he’d done, the groom couldn’t help but smile too. Maybe he was just famished, who knows? Although, as the bride, if my groom did something like this I would seriously be judging him.

These bizarre wedding incidents have really picked up in the last few months. For instance, a few weeks ago, a groom and his family walked out on the day of the wedding because mutton curry wasn’t being served at the feast. Or this other time when a bride broke off the wedding just before the ceremony because she found out that the groom could not read without his glasses. It doesn’t get more absurd than this. Just once I wish I was invited to a wedding with this much drama. It would be insanely fun.
