The story goes- When Akshay visited The Kapil Sharma Show to promote his upcoming movie Good Newzz, Kapil offered these onion earrings to Kareena as a joke referring to the hike in onion prices. Though Kareena remained unfazed, Akshay brought them home to give to Twinkle since he knew she would love them. This is exactly the kind of partner I want, someone who knows small gestures count more than the larger ones and understands my really weird sense of humour.
