So the first three workout routines from the Summer Fitness Series had me burning fat from places I didn’t even know existed. And my sore muscles deserved a good stretch. So this week, Fitness Coach Hannah Sim got me stretching, and all my muscles thanked me right after!

This tutorial consists of 5 really cool stretches that are the perfect way to end any workout. This routine is great by itself as well, especially for those rest days. The tutorials are straight forward and exciting to follow, and the results are really great!
