It’s Friday and a new day for Uorfi Javed to rise, shine and experiment. The actress, known for her excellent and ultra-creative sartorial skills has given us a brand new look today. In new pictures on Instagram, we spotted Ms Javed in another fiery version of an iconic design, styled by celebrities from the west.

Taking inspiration from Madonna, the star who is known for pushing the idea of embellished cone bras, Uorfi tried the design for herself in a new look. A part of her ensemble was heavily embellished, beige and black bra featuring two cone accents in the front. Giving it a chic update, Javed completed the look with a long, draped, glitter skirt. She further dressed her hair into a neat bun and added delicate hoop earrings to complete the look.

Uorfi’s spin on the look pays homage to Madonna’s iconic cone bra, designed by Jean Paul Gaultier in the 1980s. The trend straight from the early 90s, as worn by Madonna, is still a most loved silhouette amongst celebrities. Recently, model/actress Julia Fox also experimented with a denim-on-denim look, featuring a conical denim jacket, that she wore for her first red carpet appearance with ex-boyfriend–Kanye West at Paris Men Fashion Week 2022.

Reacting to Uorfi’s new look, the internet pariwaar couldn’t help but laugh at. While some compared them to the cones of ice cream, others said that this look will serve as a great technique to make space in local trains. Previously, Uorfi experimented with a trash bag and also used her life-size braid to curate a look. The actress is also known for out-of-the-box fashion, which involves a lot of DIYed looks that Ms Javed loves to make from scratch or with interesting materials.
