Sobhita Dhulipala Basks In The Golden Hour In A Pink Manish Malhotra Saree For ‘PS-II’ Trailer Launch

Actress Sobhita Dhulipala’s fashion evolution has been a total serve. Just yesterday, the actress flew down to Chennai for the grand trailer launch of PS-2. For the red carpet event, Dhulipala was styled by the costume designer of the film–Eka Lakhani. In new pictures posted by the actress, we spotted her in a blush pink saree, custom-made by designer Manish Malhotra.

The photographs shot during the golden hour exhibited the tiniest details on the drape. The rose saree featured an overlay of dull gold and ivory embroidery covering the border. Combined with the drape was a heavily embroidered blouse, featuring floral jaal work. The crystal details stood out on the base fabric, while the high-neck, back opening added a hint of sensuality to the look.

Sobhita further accessorised the look with a multi-string, emerald-encrusted diamond neckpiece, chandelier earrings and a few statement bangles. The blend of minimalism and summer pink worked well for the event. The jewellery and silhouette resonated with her character in the period drama–Vaanathi. As her character looks in the film, Dhulipala accessorises the saree with tons of diamonds, which stands in contrast with the dull gold details on her saree. For hair and makeup, Sobhita goes minimal and easy with a matte makeup look.
The trailer of the much-anticipated sequel of PS-I made quite a buzz on the internet. The film is slated to have a theatrical release on April 28, 2023.
