Rakul Preet Adds Spark To Her White Lehenga At Luv Ranjan’s Wedding And We Absolutely Heart Her Outfit
Rakul Preet Singh’s Indian ethnic wardrobe has always rooted for OTT designs that leave behind the maximum impact. With a penchant for a mix of contemporary, Indian silhouettes, most of Rakul Preet’s wardrobe holders come with heavily embroidered designs and structured tailoring. While the Sardar Ka Grandson actress always surprises us with her choice of traditional Indian separates, her recent looks from filmmaker Luv Ranjan’s wedding have won the race. I mean, ever since the first glimpse of the actress’ outfit for the filmmaker friend’s shaadi went viral, the stunning white attire has won praises and how. Walking hand in hand with beau Jackky Bhagnani, Rakul Preet opted for a three-piece set from Sukriti and Aakriti. The stunning silk separates featured, a short blouse, long skirt with pale-gold borders, and the show-stopper of the ensemble– the long silk, full-sleeves jacket replete with thread and mirror embroidery and two side slits. Complimenting the white look, Rakul chose to wear a statement pearl choker with hair styled into a neat bun and some retro aesthetic added by black vintage round black sunglasses. Well, quite impressive Rakul!

Revisiting the combination of black and beige, which indeed has lost its charm in the recent years Rakul’s stunning ensemble for an evening soirée incorporated scalloped hemlines and sleeves of the blouse, with extensively embroidered lehenga. Completing the look with crystal, oxidised jewellery, Rakul stayed away from heavy make-up and kept it subtle and fresh.

The third look from the wedding guest series is definitely my favourite. Youthful and fun, Rakul Preet matched the sun in a stunning chanderi ghagra, choli set. Embellished with shells, mirrors, coins and tassels, the multi-tier skirt was paired with crochet choli that featured crushed, frill hemlines, and this makes up for a great indo-contemporary look. Complimenting the shells on her yellow attire, Rakul added a pair of Ritika Sachdeva signature shells and mirror danglers, with hair styled into soft curls and braids gracing the crown. Love, love this Rakul.
