1. Gigi Hadid
Both Gigi Hadid and sheer dresses are a regular at the Met Gala, and it is just perfect this time as well. She stopped at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a custom Miu Miu sheer dress with her white underwear on display. The supermodel’s attire was decorated with floral designs that carefully covered her assets. This look is especially beautiful since Gigi chose to carry some flowers instead of a handbag, which complemented her entire ensemble!

2. Cardi B
Singer Cardi B instantly polarised fans with her colourful and powerful look at the Met Gala 2026. She arrived in a custom Marc Jacob’s that turned her body into a surreal silhouette study. The ensemble came from Hans Bellmer’s distorted dull references in the designer’s Fall 2025 collection. It played with exaggerated proportions with a structured padding widening tthe shoulders and reshaping the lower body. Over this was a sheer black lace layered with a n*de base and a pop of pink shaped like an underwear. The look was styled by Kollin Carter who made it feel like a controlled and balanced experiment.
