Kriti Sanon’s Zodiac Zimmermann Dress Is Guiding Us Towards The Astrocore Trend

Kriti Sanon has surely outdone herself, or should we just say clap for her stylist–Sukriti Grover, who helped Sanon win full marks from the fashion gods? For the press tour of her upcoming release Bhediya, Kriti seems to be a tad confused, but every look is a masterpiece if judged alone. What makes the beginning of Kriti’s fashion girl era, is her selection of outfits, and knowledge of the right styling techniques.

With a saree that she couples her straight hair, she knows how to glam it up with dramatic shoulders, as well. As seen in new pictures, we spotted the actress in an almost-naked-coloured, pale peach dress by Zimmerman. Stitched with stars, the asymmetrical number was a nod to the astrocore, and spacecore, style aesthetic, thanks to the embroidery of zodiac signs in a slightly darker thread.

Besides the intricate design language, Kriti masterfully tackled the statement design with dramatic, inflated shoulders, and a drizzling laser-cut stars. Styled by Sukriti Grover, Sanon matched the thread in her dress with her mushroom Louboutin heels. Balancing the glam, was Sanon’s decision of distancing from accessories, and seal her hair into a messy top knot, for a better view of her tall neck.

Taking a few rings, and a pair of earrings from label–Mozaati, Kriti avoided any major colour play and went loud in neutrals. In terms of face glam, the Mimi star took a dewy, fresh approach, with berry lips, and a hint of shimmer on her eyelids. The Celestial Zodiac dress from Zimmermann is not the first outstanding pick by Sanon. She previously stunned the internet with her wide variety of blouse designs, cut-out gowns, and bubble boots.

Kriti’s much-evolved style has been putting a fresh perspective on how modern-day Bollywood heroines are styling themselves. Today, art, and design are leading looks, besides the starry name, who is wearing it. And we think it is the glam team behind each of these spectacular looks, that one needs to appreciate.
