Harnaaz Sandhu Shares Her Favourite Looks From The Miss Universe Journey And All Of Them Are Stunning!
Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu has been making headlines, ever since her glorious win. The Chandigarh based 21-year-old actor/model brought the crown home after 21 years and became the third beauty to have won this title, after Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta. Sharing her experiences throughout the journey, the new Miss Universe 2021 gave her fans a glimpse of her favourite looks from Eilat in Israel, where the 70th edition of the event took place. From wearing exquisite pieces curated by designers Abhinav Mishra for the National Costume round, Pankaj and Nidhi for the preliminary competition, to winning the crown in a stunning champagne-silver gown by designer Saisha Shinde for the finale, every look was breath-taking.

Unveiling her list of favourites, the string of ten images feature some beautiful looks and come captioned as, “A quick flashback to the beautiful days spent in Israel, sharing my favourite looks from the incredible journey, comment your favourite look below!”
Donning a fabulous lineup of outfits, the 21-year-old diva, opted for a rich palette of gold, silver and red featuring a variety of slip and blazer dresses, strapless midis and metallic gowns. Keeping her hair voluminous throughout her days in Israel, she chose to wear minimal jewellery and well-defined eye-makeup with no evident striking shades added to her lips. Some other images exhibit her love for brocade fabric, which appears in combinations of co-ord sets and jumpsuits. While the Shivan and Narresh swimsuit and a floral pantsuit too reserved a place in the post.

An advocate of sustainable fashion Harnaaz Sandhu took her ideas to the biggest stage when she wore a stunning Saisha Shinde attire for the finale. Labelled as her ‘winning gown’ the scintillating silver piece had elements made out of waste fabric. The fabulous showstopper-attire also drew inspiration from the winning gown, worn by Sushmita Sen in 1994 when she was crowned Miss Universe. Tailor-made with emotions, the gown exhibited her personality and paid homage to her home state, Punjab.

The Miss Universe 2021, India edged out contestants Paraguay and South Africa and was presented the crown by Andrea Meza, former Miss Universe 2020 from Mexico.
