Louis Vuitton clearly seems to be loving their new House Ambassador as Deepika Padukone is rocking them these days. On day 6, Deepika wowed all of us with her black, sequined and fringed gown with spaghetti straps. The gown was by Louis Vuitton just as most of her recent looks have been. Padukone’s second custom Louis Vuitton gown achieves what Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquiere is known for: a sleek, sculptural form that embraces simplicity without sacrificing intrigue. This gown’s all-over feather-like pattern goes a long way toward giving it the kind of texture that gives an outfit depth, and the movement these elements generate has a flapper-like movement to it. The actress shared a photoshoot in the dress and to say she looks gorgeous is an understatement.

Padukone wore hanging diamond earrings that weren’t the showstoppers and rather helped bring the look together, and a chunky statement ring helped offset the otherwise columnesque proportions of her look, in stark contrast to her two Sabyasachi looks—and perhaps as a tribute to the poles-apart styles that each of the two brands embraces. For her makeup and hair, the actress wore smoky eye and a nude lip. Her hair was up in a bun with waves strategically framing her face.
