Sarah Jessica Parker Is A Vision In Grey As She Joins The Cast For The Premiere Night Of ‘And Just Like That’
And Just Like That, the reboot of Sex And The City, is amongst the much-awaited shows this year, which has generated buzz all over the internet. From the announcement right up until the trailer drop, what has been the talk throughout is the trio’s (but mostly Carrie Bradshaw) closet. A slice of what was served to the fans, as the leading ladies accompanied by the entire cast, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Chris Noth, walked the red carpet for the premiere night. I am definitely here screaming, not just because the show’s finally coming out today on HBO Max but just looking at Ms Parker wearing all that glitter!

An ode to her inner Carrie Bradshaw, SJP chose to wear a custom dress by designer Oscar de la Renta. Attached with a cape, a double-layered tulle in a beautiful shade of grey and pink, and a beaded detail throughout. SJP accessorised the look with an Erdem bag, jewellery by Fred Leighton, Larkspur and Hawk and a pair of satin rose heels from her exclusive collection, Duchessa. Quite a twirl-worthy pick.

Cynthia Nixon
Walking in for the starry night, Cynthia Nixon in a striking neon orange number was quite a head-turner. Donning a button-down dress with dramatic collars and a pair of boots in the same shade, Cynthia struck a pose in Christopher John Rogers Resort 2022. The look was crisp, edgy and all things Miranda Hobbes.

Kristin Davis
Wearing that beautiful smile which she manages to pull off throughout the show as well, our beloved Charlotte York came dressed in a classic royal blue off-shoulder ballroom gown. Ruched around the waist with ruffles sitting well on the drooping shoulders, the custom-made Jason Wu dress was accessorised with diamond drops and a clutch in the same shade of blue.

Sara Ramirez
The newest member to join the cast for the reboot, Sara Ramirez made a mark with her all-black silk ensemble with a floral imprint. The actress accessorised the entire look with bold diamond ear cuffs, (it’s been a while that the ear cuffs made it to premier nights) a neckpiece sneaking through the collar and high-top black boots. We loved it, Sara.

Wow, dipped in gold, Nicole Ari Parker was in the mood for mirrors as she donned a patent piece by designer CD Greene. Accessorising the zipper mini dress with side cut-outs, she completed the look with Cartier jewellery and a golden pair of Jimmy Choo. Quite a bling moment for the special night, but what caught our eyes was the weird hair up-do showing off her hairstreaks (not really a great choice for the sparkle she wore).

From Mira Nair’s Mississippi Masala to HBO’s And Just Like That, Sarita Choudhury’s addition to the cast is quite interesting (mostly because of that one-liner we caught in the trailer). The actress too came all dolled up for the big premiere in an all-white pantsuit layered over a lacy bralette, sealed with red lips and the high-on blush seeming face.

And here comes Mr Big, hand in hand with his wife Tara Wilson.
