Alia Bhatt’s New Look For ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ Promotions Is Straight Out Of A 60s Bollywood Film
Alia Bhatt is all set for Gangubai Kathiawadi promotions and we’re excited to finally see this chaand sa mukhda showcase her fashion A-game. Wearing a beautiful white saree by designer Punit Balana, Alia paired it with a hand-embroidered sleeveless blouse in the same shade. Keeping the look simple and vintage, she further accessorised the white saree with red roses added to the side-parted soft curls, a pair of pearl-encrusted ear studs and of course a bindi to top it all off. The look is certainly a fresh take on Alia Bhatt’s wardrobe which usually works well with printed and interesting silhouette additions like the pussy-bow. Just like her character Gangubai in the film, Alia’s love for white seems perfect for the promotions and we are quite impressed with this avatar. On the makeup front, Alia kept her skin’s natural shine alive, with shimmery eyes, loads of mascara, red lipstick, and a bronzer for some extra sheen.

The Punit Balana saree came in as her second look for promotions, post the Devnaagri drape, that she wore for the film’s trailer launch event last week.
