In an exclusive conversation with Hauterrfly’s The Male Feminist, the veteran actress opened up about it and also looked back on how her husband, Darshan Jariwala, broke the separation news!
Apara Mehta Looks Back At Husband Breaking Separation News
Apara Mehta recently had a conversation with Siddhaarth Aalambayan on The Male Feminist. During the same, the topic of her separation from her husband, Darshan Jariwala, came up, during which she revealed how he broke the news about the separation. Apara Mehta reflected that she was in the USA at the time and it was their wedding anniversary, so she gave him a call. On the phone, he told her that they needed to talk. This made her wonder what it was about. The veteran actor recalled returning to India at 3 am after doing her shows in the USA. She shared that she arrived home at 5 am and she had a 7 o’clock shift. After reaching home, he told her that they needed to separate. The actor further recalled him saying, “I’ve fallen out of love with you, do not like you anymore, and you are the ugliest woman I’ve come across in my life.”

How Did She React?
After hearing what her husband Darshan Jariwala said, she went to the shoot during which she had to perform three big scenes. Apara Mehta stated that since she had travelled and returned to India at 5 in the morning, she was dozing on and off. She added, “Dupair ko mere, jab main consciousness mein wapas aayi”, she thought, “What did Darshan say? Oh, he doesn’t mean it. And then one day he just left home.” Apara Mehta expressed that it was their home and he had gone, adding that the doors are always open; he can come back. Having mentioned this, she acknowledged knowing that he might not come back as well. She confidently added that they will not find anyone like each other. The veteran actor also revealed that they are very comfortable with each other and can still compete with each other’s sentences.
