YLPH: Rithvik Dhanjani’s Childhood Memory Is A Reminder To Never Underestimate Mothers

Childhood without getting into trouble was surely incomplete. We all have a bunch of those innocent memories of talking to the girl or boy we liked from the class, and getting caught red-handed by our mothers. Even Rithvik Dhanjani has a similar memory that he shared on the recent episode of Hauterrfly’s Yeh Ladki Pagal Hai. In the recent episode, Rithvik recalled a cute memory from the past, and the twist at the end of it was really unexpected.

In episode 29 of Hauterrfly’s Yeh Ladki Pagal Hai, hosted by Pavni Mehrotra, the super energetic Rithvik Dhanjani has a hearty conversation with the Confused Kudi. He was also asked about some of the mischievous incidents from his childhood, and whether or not he got caught for it. Well, looks like Rithvik Dhanjani was one of those very clever kids who had his own ways that never got him in trouble. But, you know, we should never underestimate mothers, and I repeat, never forget this. So, as per Rithvik, he had everything done according to a set plan. Recalling one such incident, he said that to avoid any fuss, he had asked the girl back in school to give him one ring when she was free to talk and two when she was not.

Elaborating on the same, the actor said, that one day when he was sitting with his mother, he got a call from a girl in school. And guess what, it was one ring. Going all impatient, Rithvik convinced his mother to go out of the room and do her chores. As soon as she left, he immediately called the girl and started to talk. But the story has a twist! After ending the 20-minute-long conversation Rithvik came to realise that his mother silently overheard the entire conversation on the other landline phone in the house, without making him aware. Well played, mom! Later, we all know what would have happened!

Well, this memory might have brought back many similar ones for you as well. Because, let’s agree, we have all had those conversations in whispers just so our parents did not get to know about it. And that’s what we remember today and laugh our hearts out, right?
