The actor asked to understand the needs of the people in their areas, the families living around, and help them in whatever way possible. He added, “I need to feel even prouder of you. I believe you will do it.” After his remarks took over the internet, fans reportedly started wondering if he was gearing up to enter politics just like Thalapathy Vijay.

During the same interaction, the actor reportedly spoke about the buzz surrounding it, stating that there were definitely “better” Tamil films than the said project in 2024. He asked people to celebrate the fact that a Tamil actor has won two National Awards in the same year. For the unversed, he also reportedly received the Special Mention for Captain Miller. As per the report, people reacted to the same by stating that other films deserved this honour.
