Many pointed out how no one can stop thinking about the Ranveer Singh film and how it had “spoiled” all other experiences for them. The internet also brought in the famous and now hilarious term related to Dhurandhar, which is “peak detailing.” They stated that now the audience will keep finding Dhurandhar links in every film. Not just this, a fan even went as far as to call Shahid Kapoor a “spy” because he had taken the same road.

Meanwhile, Cocktail 2, directed by Homi Adajania, features Kriti Sanon, Shahid Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. It is a spiritual sequel to the original Cocktail that featured Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty. Amid the release, the film is getting mixed reactions from the public. While many are loving Kriti Sanon and Shahid, they are questioning the casting of Rashmika Mandanna and her South Indian accent in the film. The songs are also getting massive, massive praises from the audience. It also revives the iconic ‘Tumhi Ho Bandhu’ song, which is now called ‘Bandhu 2.0.’
