The actor hasn’t settled all these years since she never found someone who is worthy enough, and this should be all of our motto in life. Who Is Suhasini Mulay?

Suhasini Mulay is a veteran star and a five-time National Award-winning actor, who made a name for herself in Bollywood. She first came on the big screen in Bhuvan Shome (1969), directed by Mrinal Sen at the age of 18. The actor has also worked as an assistant director to Satyajit Ray and Mrinal Sen. With over 60 documentaries produced, like An Indian Story, Bhopal: Beyond Genocide, Chithi, and Official Art Form, many of them have won National awards. She won a National Award for Best Supporting Actress for Gulzar’s 1999 film, Hu Tu Tu. In Hindi, she is well known for her strong performances in Ashutosh Gowariker’s Jodhaa Akbar, Dil Chahta Hai, and Lagaan.

Talking about her wedding, Suhasini went to her friend when her husband, Atul, asked for her phone number. To which her friend told her not to hesitate since the chances of things like this happening at that age are rare. Still, the actor replied to him, saying that good girls don’t share numbers online since people are creating fake profiles all the time. She then friended him on Facebook and looked at the organisation that Atul worked for. After this, her friends encouraged her to meet Atul, and she purposely arrived late to their meeting, which happened during Diwali.
