Just the other day, Prime Video finally revealed its exciting lineup of upcoming films and shows. However, we still have to wait for them, but worry not, because this week there is a long list of releases to keep you engaged. From Sara Ali Khan’s Ae Watan Mere Watan to the OTT release of Hrithik and Deepika starrer Fighter, and some excellent English films, the what-to-watch list of this week has a range of content to suit all your moods.

Ae Watan Mere Watan  (Prime Video)

Sara Alia Khan will helm the role of freedom fighter Usha Mehta. The movie is directed by Kannan Iyer and it also stars Emraan Hashmi in a pivotal role. Ae Watan Mere Watan is inspired by the real-life events that happened during British rule. It is scheduled to be released on March 21.

The story revolves around the fate of all the passengers on a ship that is taken hostage by a group of pirates. However, there is also a hero who will step forward to save it.

X Men’ 97 (Disney Plus Hotstar)

Jake Catorena’s X Men’97 is an animated series but it is not a part of the Marvel Universe. Each week, a new episode will drop with the first two episodes releasing on March 20. If you are someone who loves to watch documentaries on revolutionary moments in history, then this one’s for you. Shirley is a documentary about the first black woman who ran for the Presidential elections in the USA, Shirley Chisholm. It is an inspiring story of determination, hard work and breaking stereotypes. Shirley’s release is scheduled for March 22.

3 Body Problem (Netflix)

It’s a sci-fi show that stars and is an adaptation of a Chinese novel by Liu Cixin. The series is scheduled to release on March 21.
