Newlyweds Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna recently talked about their relationship and we have got to know that the former is very “possessive” of the latter. During a recent chat to promote their upcoming film called Ranabaali, the duo was asked if they had any possessiveness in their marriage. The actress said that it wouldn’t be a problem if her husband felt that way about her since it would mean that he cared about her life.

During an interaction with Shubhankar Mishra, Vijay Deverakonda revealed that he was not possessive about his relationship with his wife Rashmika Mandanna, but about her career, happiness, safety, and how she spent her time. He said that he often jumps in to help her whenever she’s in any kind of trouble. This answer instantly grabbed the attention of many on social media who labelled the actor as someone who is caring rather than controlling with his partner. He further said that caring a lot about someone didn’t mean that they must be worried all the time. Since life is a roller coaster, difficult situations should be solved by facing them rather than panicking over them.
During another chat with Prakhar Gupta, the duo also talked about the importance of having small displays of affection in a relationship. Mandanna said that people often stop trying when they get comfortable in relationships, but said that even after years of spending time with each other, little gestures and communication matter between a couple. Vijay agreed with this perspective and said that his wife says “I love you” to him at least 10-15 times a day and even encourages him to say out his feelings.
