Dhurandhar hasn’t just dominated our minds for its storyline but also for its music album. One of the songs, ‘Rambha Ho,’ originally sung by Usha Uthup, was rehashed in the film. Singer Madhubanti Bagchi also lent her voice in the new version of the track. Usha Uthup On ‘Rambha Ho’ Rehash
During her conversation with Radio Nasha, Usha Uthup stated that someone sent her the song link. She recalled being impressed by the track, saying that it’s “fabulous.” Further, the singer said that she was not one of those people who feel bad when someone else sings her songs. The songstress stated that it was incredible that her song came back with such a bang. Uthup also said that this proves what she believes in– the song is bigger than the singer, adding that she was so grateful to God.
She also acknowledged the fact that the ‘Rambha Ho’ was released 40 years ago and she has been singing it for many years at her shows, but for it to come back with such a bang, it’s amazing. She also praised the singer Madhubanti Bagchi, saying that she sang it beautifully. Adding to this, Uthup revealed that the filmmakers didn’t seek her blessing before going ahead with the rehash.
