During an Instant Bollywood interview, the actor was asked if she would ever be directing a film. To this, Urvashi Rautela spontaneously replied that she loves to sing and her interests also lie in directing. Furthermore, Urvashi Rautela also spoke about the kind of film she would want to direct. The actor called herself an emotional person and said that she would want to make a through-and-through love story, and it would be inspired by a film like Titanic.

The actor has worked most recently in the second season of Inspector Avinash. She has done films like Great Grand Masti and Hate Story 4. She has also featured in some music videos.
